Most items are made to order or in small batches. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. Rush production may be available for select items — contact us before ordering.
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Import duties and taxes for international orders are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original condition. Because many pieces are made to order, custom or personalized items are final sale unless defective. To start a return, contact us with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout, powered by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
