One workbench in Bangkok. A lot of hides. No shortcuts.
Leather Masterhood began as a single craftsman's workbench in Bangkok, Thailand — cutting, stitching, and finishing leather goods one piece at a time. What started as a handful of jackets made for friends and local buyers grew, order by order, into a full workshop producing jackets, bags, shoes, and accessories.
We never moved to a factory line, and we don't plan to. Every piece that leaves this workshop has been touched by hand at every stage: selecting the hide, cutting the panels, stitching the seams, and finishing the hardware.

We work almost entirely with genuine full-grain and top-grain leather, chosen for how it ages rather than how it looks on day one. A hand-stitched seam takes longer than a machine-run production line, but it holds up longer too — and it's the difference between a jacket that lasts a season and one that lasts a decade.
Because every item is made to order or in small batches, no two pieces are perfectly identical. We consider that a feature, not a flaw — it's what handmade actually means.
Genuine leather, not bonded or "leather-look" synthetics.
Every stitch is placed by someone who has done this for years, not a machine template.
